Who is selling?

Who is selling?Almost everyone who bought CNC over the past year is underwater.  There has been millions in volume since financing was announced for any pros shorting or selling into financing participation.  So the question is, WHO IS SELLING?  Since financing was announced SHORTS increased from baasically 0 to 3 MILLION is just 1 month.  IMO languishing share price is the result of a disappointed market and weak financing - there is very little support, no extraordinary news anticipated, and shorts and manipulative traders are having a field day.  Just 10 cents from $2.50 and looks like it may go lower.
