$1M equity investment.

Capital Southwest earned a 10% loan on their $10M first lien debt investment.  And they earned a $1.47M realized gain on a $1M equity investment.  A 147% return in a year.  Wow!  

Align Capital paid $50M USD for ETC.  And they sold it to Quarterhill for $120M USD one year later.  

Goodwill is indeed Good Will!
