Who would walk away from 250 million investment?

Who would walk away from 250 million investment? There are 2 options.  Kameron reopens us once they get coal spur fully up and running, or they sell us.  Very hard to get a permit to mine coal.  Only one met coal mine on the ocean in the world like htis one.
When?  No one knows.  If?  Highly likely.  With a green revolution coming they will need lots of steel for grids and trains etc.  Meanwhile it emits a loss less carbon to mine coal 30km from the ocean than 1200km like many met coal mines.
No one knows for sure but likelihood is high.  My guess is we go longwall which eliminates all the issues with the roof because everything is supported all the time and costs go way down.
