If you think their initial prestartup business plan was bad (I don't) then their continued expansion into normal shrooms is a good thing. And maybe you didn't hear that Peterborough has had one of highest real estate appreciations rates in country. 100 acres of good farmland on for that price in that area is excellent investment.
