Lawyerup wrote: I looked at the financials and I have a question around the dividend.  Is it eligible for Canadian Tax purposes or is it just considered a cash dividend.  Their quarterly reports just say dividend without much else.  One thing I find a little disappointing is their website they could attract a lot more investors with an updated site.  On my watchlist for now still doing my DD.  All the best, Charlie.

This is usually a question for our "Dividend guy" Kasking but I'm going to grab it because he's busy in the middle of Spring break-up.

For a dividend to be eligible, it has to be paid by a Canadian Corp to a Canadian citizen;
then, it has to be paid by a Canadian Corp that earns more than $500k per year.

GH's net earnings are likely to normalize around $20mm-22mm as we exit the pandemic.

Yessir these divs from GH do qualify.
