I put a lot of money into a falling knife once -- too much to get out and take the loss, but I only realized that when it continued to fall.  It recovered and I survived, but I had some sleepless nights.  Don't make that mistake here -- you don't want to bet on nothing but luck.  If the company survives, there'll be plenty of time to buy in on the way up, and make the exact same money (probably more) that you would have made by assuming there's a bottom and trying to time it.
