RE:Hello? Any Breaking ground ?

RE:Hello? Any Breaking ground ?

As of yesterday the investor presentation was updated and now shows that groundbreaking is scheduled for in may.

I contacted Greenbriar to ask about the change and also asked if they could comment on if there would still be "heavy newsflow" this month.  The reply I received is that they Cannot comment on ANYTHING at this time.

i'm not gonna make theories about how we should interpret that, and I would be lying if I said that I wasn't frustrated with yet another delay.

I don't know where that leaves us with Alberta and we are all still in the dark about what is happening with montalva. Up until this point when I have contacted Greenbrier they have always been forthcoming with whatever information they are legally allowed to disclose.

Like it or not, we're gonna have to sit back and be patient and see how this plays out.

there are certainly tons of feelings of frustration around deadlines but before this board falls back into despair and focusses our energy on the frustrations of Alberta and montalva, don't forget that Sage ranch is continuing to move forward, that project alone provides extreme amount of shareholder value.

I am not saying this to undercut genuine and validated feelings of frustration towards the other projects, The bottom line is these projects have tons of moving parts and as investors we don't get to control the timeline or outcomes.

We do however still have a project that from everything I can see is moving forward without issues, will benefit shareholders and the community immensely.
