Perpetual owns a diversified asset portfolio, including liquids-rich conventional natural gas assets in the deep basin of West Central Alberta and undeveloped bitumen leases in Northern Alberta.

Interestingly, there is a family connection between Rubellite and Tourmaline. Rubellite’s CEO Sue Rose’s husband Mike Rose is founder, Chairman, President, and CEO of Tourmaline.

Sue Rose, a geologist, followed her family’s gemstone naming conventions with Rubellite such as the recently launched Topaz Energy Ltd., which was spun off from the country’s largest natural gas producer Tourmaline Oil Corp., run by her husband Mike Rose.
