You've stated previously the City is about to start the Pinon Road Extension "should start before the end of the month" and yet the CEQA ( California Environmental Quality Act) was only submitted on March 23 2022.

Seems a little overly ambitious to think the road is going to seek and receive environmental approval, have the City procure construction tenders, approve a contract and start the road, all within the next two weeks.

Also was the the Pinon Road extension not removed from the City's 2021-2022 budget?
