In addition to further leads in Block 95, the Company has significant exploration prospects and leads in Block 107. The Bretana oil field is located in the Maranon Basin of northern Peru. The Company has a 100% working interest in the Bretana oil field. Block 107 has three additional leads, inclusive of the Osheki-Kametza prospect.

I wonder if there is going to be a battle for control

over the fund proceeds between Perez and other parties. He certainly is taking credit for it. He seems to be the highest profile power broker in the area and is certainly the number one trouble maker. He would be extremely useful to have on your side---and I keep saying it, provide him with a high paying consultation position---$200,000 US--is clearly the way to go. From foe to friend overnight.
