now that we are heading to a dime it makes no sense to raise $50M and add 500M shares to the float.
Looks more and more like a reverse split (20 to 1) and then recapitalize. Chances are that the $50M will not be enough and they'll eventually raise $100M. Present shareholder will likely not see any future success. Luckily I have gains elsewhere so I can use this as a cap loss come December
