RE:RE:Non-brokered private placement of common sharesThanks for the comments and insights, I had been wondering because a private placement of common shares are often more "expensive" or have some other stipulations attached. So if I read this correctly the funds will be used for the actual current workings. They perhaps saved some broker fees or wanted more control over the ownership of shares. .
