In reviewing the presentation, Buck pointed out that the delays are the results of the uncertainty associated with the final requirements for the BCS. The mention of new materials and improved technology merely pointed out that the requirements have evolved since we worked with the US Army for the BCS and continue to evolve throughout the solicitation process.
 
Buck concluded on that question by saying that we are aware of those rapidly evolving requirements, new materials, and improved technology and have surrounded ourselves with strategic partners that will allow us to respond to this solicitation accordingly.
 
To put it simply, we are confident in our ability to meet these requirements once finalized based on our team’s skill and knowledge, along with multiple strategic partnerships.
