RE:Peach Schnapps or SchneppyI actually did follow Dizzzy here in the first place and was interested in the Greenbriar story when I fell upon PWR at the same time.
I was more interested in PWR because GRB is still in the development stages and has lots of ifs yet to be resolved.
Unfortunately through research I've gotten caught up in the damage Jeff has inflicted on the PWR shareholders with all the failed promises placed upon them.
Very unfortunate.
I have never invested here and won't be.
GRB has used Captiva to help get them the Sage Ranch project to where it is today only to have the JV agreement changed to GRB's favour. There will be a point at which PWR is just a shell and GRB will take over the remaining 50% Net profit interest from PWR (now owning 19.9% + a promissory note).
The shareholders that invested in all the promos (that were never signed into agreements) will be left at the curb.
I wanted to poke the "Jeff Chiachurski Bear" to see what type of character the leader actually was and merely let his responses speak for themselves.

The man is the barker at the circus and will do or say any partial truth to get the investors to pay admission and get them through the door under his big tent.
Unfortunately this leaving piles of retail investors left in his wake.
I don't doubt his intentions were good but he has had the luxury of consulting fees, cheap shares and insider information, plus utilizing other peoples money, to withstand the years of dead money many investors have had to endure or have lost totally.
