It also shows that by association with this company Rht was hoping to push their share price upward, and by termination they've been called out as overstating their progress. What's true is likely somewhere in the middle but unless real profit shows next report this sp will fall like a rock.
Well said Sandman, funny I was thinking the same thing about the lawsuit. Lisa said it was easier just to pay it and make it go away. Immediately after the company settled I wondered WTF!!!
It just goes to show that you cannot cover all the bases, I was wondering why the stock price came off a buck thirty and struggled to get back there. All the press releases, new contracts, Cognizant and others, yet a steady decline in the SP.
The 5.2 million short report grabbed my attention and now this article. Iscfa is right, now we know who and why. The bad carma just keeps following Lisa and RHT. I was also wondering why Bruce Cambell bailed on his position awhile back? This really sucks BigTime, and still no response from the company. How long does it take their lawyers to write up a press release?
