RE:This is it!I respectfully think you have this backwards. NM shares will be exchanged for 0.84x NUMI shares. NUMI has seen a range of 44 cents to $1.25 in the past year, and there's reason to believe that synergies + extra revenue will not please shareholders (Thus pull NUMI up). So I don't agree with your fair valuation at 36 cents for NM currently. But I'll take your shares at 34 cents if you're willing to sell. :o)
