Quel est le plus grand dfi professionnel auquel vous avez fait face ?

Ici, je rpondrai par un concept gnrique plutt que spcifique: tout au long d’une carrire, l’un des dfis rcurrents est de savoir dire non, et d’anticiper quel moment on doit tre le plus habile possible, tout en restant rigoureux dans son analyse et les avis que l’on rend.

Il faut savoir ‘tirer la ligne’ et parler franchement au client, ce qui n’est pas un exercice facile en soit. Il faut, dans les situations risque, devoir livrer son exprience et son instinct nos clients pour maintenir l’affaire sur la bonne voie. Il est difficile de dire non parce que les entrepreneurs et dcideurs sont trs motivs et orients vers un but spcifique; il est important de faire preuve de beaucoup d’anticipation et de savoir leur communiquer correctement les obstacles. A dfaut, les regrets peuvent en effet natre de ne pas avoir t assez clair.

Et l’exprience, cet gard, permet de voir venir les choses. chaque premire fois, c’est une premire surprise : le passage du temps permet d’avoir un meilleur sens de l’anticipation. N’en demeure pas moins que la communication est extrmement importante pour faire une synthse du problme, en dbutant avec les questions techniques pour terminer avec les questions stratgiques.
