1. Might this purchase of Lakewood be the M&A they be talking about. Cause God knows they aren't acquiring anything else. (sneaky - pay attention)
2. Tinkley shareholders pay for everything. So if all costs slide to Tinkleys, what benefit are they reaping, besides hat sales? Remember some years back Jeffy boy showed up at an AGM in Tdot with a flavoured drink touting how this was Tinkleys, yet who has the license listed below?
3. Why would Tinkleys build a plant yet not have the manufacturing and distribution rights underlying the operations first?
4. How is that Telegram page Jeff set up working? I rather liked reading the tough questions Jeff was getting asked and then watch him delete those members.
Show me the money, they have supposedly produced hundreds of hundreds of hundreds of thousands of drinks, yet it has disapeared in riots, non payment from Mom & Pop stores. Wanna tell me how the sale of Becketts is going at all the Bevmo stores and how much revenue they have garnered from that.
Unfortunately it looks like the bashers have proved their info more valuable, how many months and months and quartes, and soon years can you say, the company is exploring M&A, the company has a backlog of companies cueing up but have non disclosures. How long can you defend that meeting a timeline has been the downfall of this company and how long can you say the MM's are holding the stock back, that ones gone on for years now.

I might add, the transfer of equity interest is a Purchase not a transfer. Who will benefit from this 'purchase' ?? So TNY shareholders paid for everything yet TNY has to purchase from Lakewood?? '' Remember that last PP, all of which was Rick.....looks like smoke and mirrors to me:
As previously disclosed, The Company has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire all the equity interests in Lakewood (the “Lakewood Acquisition”), including the manufacturing and distribution licences underlying the operations at the Company’s Long Beach Facility goldboyz2 wrote: Holding TNY down ?! hit 15 cents today and hoping it goes higher and get this reversal on its way !
