RE:Just read the prospectus...Oop. Gotta walk this back a bit - I'm not sure if I am totally understanding the nature of a lawsuit that Nathan Laurell was named in which was filed against the firm he worked at, Infinium. He is named as a defendant here:

Is there anyone here (lurkers of stockhouse who normally do not post) with a better understanding of securities/business law who can fill me in on this? Does naming him as a defendant suggest he was aware of what would happen to the participants of the plan being offered in order to offset its losses when it paid him and others for their stakes in the company??
