I have to admit that i was anticipating worse results so was somewhat surprised that they were as good as they were (not that they were good, but much better than i expected). If that big job in would have started, they would have exceeded year over year. 

Feels like there is a disconnect between the business operations and share price. Given the contract pipeline, government focus on infrastructure projects, we should be trading and trending higher.
