RE:White Diamond Research ArticleFanofrht happy Easter to you and all. May your turkeys be moist and the company grand. I started typing this out and was going to address every issue at length, when I quickly realized it was going to be a book that I don't have for, so I going to try summarize best I can.

Reliq Health Has A Dishonest CEO Enriching Herself At Shareholder Expense I don't know if dishonest is the best description. Other better words may range anywhere passionate, driven to untrustworthy, overly optimistic.
Technically all employees of non profitable companies are enriching themselves at shareholder expense as the money has to come from somewhere.
Change.org Not a lot of signatures based on the human population but certainly enough to say something considering how many shareholders of this company there actually would be, how many know the petition even exists, how many would care to sign it even agreeing with it.

Reliq Health Appears to be Going Through A Pump & Dump Dj Vu Well, it is undeniable that RHT was using cash that they really couldn't afford to hire promotion. However, pump and dump usually refers to insiders, and insiders haven't been selling their shares. Could there be other reasons for the "promotion" part. Yes, like making sure that the options/warrants were in the money to encourage conversion (which is how they have actually been keeping the company afloat). Pump and dump is an inaccurate desciption to me.

Reliq Health’s History Aquistion of carekit and involvement of directors......very little relevance to anything today?
Chart of broken promises. Very relevant to today. This history is why the market gives 0 ***** about any new contract news release. Lack of execution is undeniable. Any sales they have had was virtually all hardware.

Reliq Health Claims To Be Working With Cognizant – But It’s Not In Their Partner Network Without checking, headline is probably true. Does it mean anything? Probably not. Email saying Reliq is just a customer. I believe it is true. Does it mean anything? Probably not. Could be their IR tired of being harassed by reliq inquiries as Scott mentions. Regarding reliqs IR reply, I agree 100% that we should not be contacting these companies and understand why reliq would not like to give out those names. However, I ALSO understand why shareholders are inquiring. SEE TOTAL LACK OF EXECUTION/ FOLLOW THROUGH.

Speaking To So-Called Partners and Customers Shows That They Are Not Really Working With Reliq I believe the responses about Blum and MaxMD. Basically confirmed by Reliq IR response. Definitely concerning. However, the market (and myself) already know that these contracts never led to anything (ACTUAL FINANCIALS), nor have virtually and past contract. Again, ties into the market doesn't have much faith in new contracts or guidance....for good reason.

Reliq’s Q421 Financial Report Results Are Worse Than They Seem Well, every quarter, they seem to be pretty bad to me versus guidance. But I get their point. Reliq IR responds with buzz words like signifcant growth. Ok, it's pretty good growth compared to previous disasters I guess, but is it ever anything promoted through guidance? Anybody being honest knows that financial report days are not a good time to be shareholder.

The Vast Number of Pump and Dump Penny Stocks of Eugene Beukman The failures of penny stocks are a dime a dozen. Irrelevant.
In general, versus some compelling arguments that I have seen from these short report hounds, this report is pretty weak. The only real meat is the history of lack of execution, which I think that the market in general is very aware of already. Does it mean that there isn't actually progress being made now? Not necessarily, but not a lot of solid evidence to say it has either. As usual, the next few q's of financials are crucial. Of course, we have been saying that for years now, which is part of the underlying fundamental problem here now, isn't it?
Often, after these reports come out, the shares take a much bigger tumble. All things considered, yesterdays drop wasn't too bad. Encouraged by the support of almost 1/2 million share on the bid at .73, but that is contigent on assuming that a good portion was retail interest and not a bid by shorts trying to cover.
Remember, this was my "not a book" version !!!! Happy Easter and cheers!!!!
FanofRHT wrote: aaaaaargh - I am deafened by your silence regarding this damaging artlcle and surprised not to read one of your intelligent, articulate posts commenting on this seriously disruptive piece of sxxx. I know many of we long term investors in Reliq have not been very happy with Reliq's management team and with good cause but really, this kind of artcle simply provides no value to the converssation.
Have a great Easter break and I hope to read a response from you next week? GLTA
