RE:CIBT Investor Webinar - April 19th at 1 PM (EST) Okay Toby... if there is a $1.5Billion real estate portfolio - more like 10-20% share of that FAKE number in said portfolio - then it is time to find VALUE over what our $45 Million market cap is... even 10% of the value of the real estate is over $100 million... a SMART CEO that wanted to build value for shareholders would spin that off and shareholders should realize $1/share in spinoff company easily... and that's using my numbers, not the farce complete BS 1.5 BILLION number we've read for years.... I mean really using that number you are all just embarrassing yourselves....
The failure to unlock the value of Vancouver real estate value for shareholders is absolute insanity. Not doing it is a choice that REALLY makes me question the motives here. I guess we'll see more from the investor call, but I'm expecting a paid spin session that adds zero shareholder value just like the last 100 two-bit paid things... thesis capital... what's your thesis on?? LOL amateur hour... it's just a smokescreen...
time to step up and actually unlock value for shareholders. Now. This has been a complete failure - investing in VANCOUVER REAL ESTATE and seeing negative returns for years, flatlining. Like seriously who can even do that. Failure to spin this off and create value is a choice. Ask yourself, why are they choosing to NOT unlock this value????? Yet they keep buying shares and keep lowering the OS Shhares using MY money... hmmmmm. Please tell me how I am wrong, anyone. I will accept any explanation.... God knows I've suffered long enough...
