RE:THIS MAKES ONE THINK HARD I didn't read the item as I know what a pump and dump is, but for some reason it reminded me of Cielo.

The most flagrant public pump and dump I've ever seen with no legal repercussions whatsoever against the perpetrator, and alot of people holding the bag while destined to watch their 28 cent stock go up and down half a cent till it fades away to nothing.

Only in Canada.

The OSC is a toothless tiger.
