Rideing Coattails ?Still trying to disentangle the logic of selling its final assets for cash, turning that cash over to shareholders , and then seeking new opportunities in the oil and gas sector less hardly any significant cash.

Unless POE has already secured/ won bids in highly prospective concessions and will then merge with a cash rich Junior such as Valeura to jointly explore and develop those concessions.

This makes logical sense to me for POE but not necessarily for Valeura unless there is also an arrangement for the Thrace Deeps.
Whatever it is, Valeura 's move is now known to require the approval of shareholders ...
