RE:RE:RE:More on the analysts, and markets in generalWith no major shareholder, this make XBC vulnerable to a takeover in addition with the current depressed share price.

As of May 13, Kurt will no longer have any official influence on the company. Given the current state of the share price, he may want to monetize his holdings in the company and put them up for sale. That could draw a lot of attention to the company and perhaps trigger a opportunistic bid for the company.
