RE:RE:RE:RE:Canadian Insiders Info There is only one reliable accurate source for insider ownership for sic or nfg or any other similar domiciled cdn company. All must file on sedi. Aka System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders
it's at: sedi.ca
look under public filings, summary reports until you figure out the navigation
here is the link.
https://www.sedi.ca/sedi/SVTReportsAccessController?menukey=15.03.00&locale=en_CA&gx_session=0
It's a very user unfriendly website designed by lawyers and bureaucrats so good luck finding what you want. but it is the definitive source used by all your other sources that publish insider trading information. If sprott or anyone doesn't report promptly to sedi they can find themselves in a lot of regulatory trouble. If you want perfectaccurate % ownership you'll also need the exact total shared o/s which changes far more often than an individual's shareholding. For that you have contact the company or estimate it yourself using quarterly financials and any news releases

Hi chuck.
If you wish, you can click on the link in my previous post to check out Simply Wall St.'s numbers.
According to them:
Sprott owns 60.4M like you stated.
Sprott Asset Management LP owns lust over 1M.
Don't see a privately numbered company on the list, but you could be right.....
