After study, my understnding is Noble, distributes to the noble shareholders. So the noble shareholders  receive the CNC shares "for free".

So its free money to them at any price.
It was 1:58

I might be wrong as its a bit confusing.
However 3.5 million pulling the stock lower would lead to additional selling.

Someone else may know better.
