The property consists of 40 unpatented lode mining claims. Its Daisy Creek project is in Lander County, Nevada, where the Company controls or owns a total of approximately 165 lode claims covering 3,408 acres. Its wholly owned subsidiary is GMV Minerals (Nevada) LLC (GMV Nevada).
