NuVista Energy Ltd. is an oil and natural gas company, which is engaged in the exploration for, and the development and production of, oil and natural gas reserves in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Its primary focus is on the scalable and repeatable condensate rich Montney formation in the Alberta Deep Basin (Wapiti Montney). Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

I have seen others explode as of late, i.e. BTE, CR, SGY, GTE, OBE etc... I think we are a coiled spring ready for a 10%-15% week coming up before Q1 on May 10.

Free adjusted funds flow below the milestone is anticipated to be allocated between further debt reduction, the return of capital to shareholders through the buyback of shares, and possibly towards a moderate capital expenditure increase to optimize the operational continuity of our three-rig drilling program even further, if strip commodity prices remain strong. The specific nature of these free adjusted funds flow splits will be determined and communicated during the second quarter of 2022.
