Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

So does anyone have grants to share in canada that takes less than a year from application to release of funds....... just trying to get a handle on how the vax division will be funded for animal studies and such..

wouldnt want to think that this board was trying not to promote enlightened shareholder base..

2019 we had the 17m oversubscribed pp where a detailed powerpoint had the trial expenses all 100+ patients end of trial covered.. no other expenses to be spend on R&D..

Yup.. we're about 3 years after that...... looking for GLP for Rutherrin for GBM...... etc etc..

Thanks. Again.. from the DD ive done.. the terry fox grant takes 1 year from application to release of funds......

Could there be something at the new research centre St.Mikes that is in the works.. ??

Theres no point reading ... posts like ......... Trudeau government.. warpspeed.. or if only they would see what ACT has to offer.....

Im looking for Tangible measurable actions to increase the pps.....

With the latest COVID-19 results and the NMIBC Ph. 2b data, we're very close to having our scientific platform being recognized at its true value.

It is quite impressive that our TLD-1433 molecule has made its way into 2 different fields of expertise (oncology and anti-virus), and then raising among the best! Making it's way to PHAC is extremely impressive, for anyone that knows what it needs to get their.

PHAC's Dr. Kobasa quote had to be approved before it ended up in our Feb. 7 press release. TLT had to have to green light of the PHAC. It's no small feat.

He bought 32,000 more shares today. That's 52,000 shares this month so far for $16,540. He now has 7,576,387 shares.

His gradual stock accumualtion over the years has been unrelenting. It's very clear where he thinks the sp is headed.
