Thank you and good luck!

Thank you and good luck!

So many thoughts, but my thanks to whoever was buying to drive up share prices. I am effectively out now with some some shareholding in memory of what could have been.

Brought my average share price down when the stock was down around 13 cents and bought in to where the spike of $1.20 was a no brainer for me to take the money and run.

Some solid fundamentals here. Again, in my older posts, I am not a Liberal or Trudeau fan and was buying oil and gas stocks at the bottom and the other fertilizer companies that actually are in production and those shares, as my grandkids would say are "Killin it".

The idea of using our own resources to make nitrogen in Saskatchewan remains very attractive to me. We can use it right here. Create jobs and wealth right here. Opposite of the Liberal idea that Canadian Oil and Gas is bad and Saudi/Russian/Venezuela oil is better. Cancel the Keystone XL pipeline and then ask people who have poor human and women's rights records to pump more oil, rather than us Nasty Old Truckers and Farmers in Western Canada.

The big problem I have with Danielle and this board is like Elon Musk and Twitter. The Twitter board owns next to no shares.

Sorry Danielle and Board, but if you are an accountant (Interim CEO), and your CFO is an accountant, and at least one of your Board Members is an accountant and you have to hire MNP as consultants? And with KSFC as a major nitrogen manufacturer, who is not willing to put money in? And with this so called experienced CEO and Board in mining, you have to hire Wood as a consultant? So you paid MNP and Wood to both tell you, that you need a strategic partner besides the guys from Gujarat.......ah as the kids would say "Whatch been smokin?"  Wow! Now it is about preserving CEO/CFO salaries and the Boards retainer. Expect that the whole lot doesn't own any or many shares

Being an old farmer, I know about risk. If I had to hire an accountant to tell me to be a farmer then I would be caught in the same cycle as Danielle and the Board. Paralysis by Analysis. These are not entrepreneurs or business people. They totally missed the cycle and the opportunity. Even I could see this coming with high inflation and interest rates as the Liberal/NDP clowns put us all further in debt while congratulating themselves for spending our money. Safe as Danielle and the Board. Now the prices and interest rates likely kicking the idea of starting up now. Most business people and conservatives would have seen that coming. But not the woke left. They were woke but too busy taking selfies and virtual signaling.

Sorry, but I don't know any Strategic Partner who wants to throw in their money with Danielle and this Board and have to deal with GSFC not wanting to put any money in but yet try and remain in control.

Get a real CEO and Board and tell GSFC to put up or bow out.

In any case, thanks again to whoever bought and drove shares up! Good luck to the rest of you shareholders. I am very thankful and grateful the commodity cycle lifted the share prices enough for me to get out and away from the messy history this CEO, current and former boards.
