I'm hope it actually goes thru with the competes act and not the lame duck session. I guess that would be too late for any kind of "midterm" campaign rhetoric if it was pushed to the end of the year. 

I remember Schumer last 4/20 saying he wished to have significant reform by this 4/20, and here we are with virtually nothing accomplished in the last year. 

Because of all CGC's deals worded as " upon federal permissibly" still has me feeling a little unsure about SAFE+.  I'm sure CGC has to be in the process of looking at all their options if only Safe is passed. I know the details are in the way the bill is worded, but I'm still left wondering if Safe will be enough.
