Daymak will get their order when they're needed. Your 10% analogy is a meaningless guess. Why bother. The fact that a small daily trade trade amounts of numerous small lot trades has keep the prices at lower levels than the it should be is meaningless. No one dumping shares. No larger shareholder is concerned. Small lot trading of penny stocks like this using algorithms should be banned. All it does it prevent any meaningful price movement. Discouraged trading and reduces daily trading to insignificant amounts of less than $50,000.00 worth of trades a day!
