Why isn’t Kathy Wood buying $FOBIF?3 reasons (and she's made a fortune being ahead of the pack):

1.   She hasn't heard of FONI.  But she has.  We've seen the interview.

2.  She knows FONI, has seen the charts and run screaming.

3.  She's interested but knows she can take a position at a much lower price.  Lower than .69 cents which will be Friday'sclose?  Yes.  Wood might be waiting for .30's again.  What a disaster!
