Thanks for that. I wasn't aware of that caveat. I guess they are waiting for the conditions to be just right before they drop that news.

My limited knowledge thinks if they could start adding all those revenue streams without having a federal triggering event, why wouldn't they? But with NJ and NY coming online shortly, I guess it's only a matter of time.
