Very long time, no hear. How is everything going?

I had made similar comments last year about DIR.UN but after some serious contemplation, I just decided that's how these guys do business. I figured if you want to own REITs (and many other high yeilders for that matter) then you have to expect this. Heck, BMO even did a big share issue.

In the end, I like the dividend income too much so have just decided to accept it although for various reasons, we are now down to just 2 REITs - NWH & DIR.

Right as soon as the shares start to perform they crater it like clock work every year. If they want to do billion dollar deals then go for it but stop issuing partial shares for pocket money......... issue debt instead.
