Its subsidiaries include Valley Comfort Systems Inc., Unicast Inc., Slimline Manufacturing Ltd., Northside Industries Inc. and Hawk Machine Works Ltd.

This looks like a nice acquisition. And the fact that it's the first one based in Eastern Canada bodes well for when it comes to other potential acquisiitons since it now becomes more publicly known to the many companies in Ontarion and Quebec that might want to be acquired.
