It's an annual meeting... it happens every year. How could you possibly determine a deal has been made by this?
Because why bother having a meeting if the lights are out or no deal and assets and the mine get sold for a small bump in sp after liabilities are paid. And also the shares to directors NR. Yup bring on the deal . 



OK, you just exposed yourself here as not knowing what the he'll you're talking about. They're not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts. It's literally the LAW that canadian incorporated companies hold at least 1 shareholder meeting a year.
