RE:RE:Barclays

RE:RE:BarclaysThere is a lot of Rules missing from the Rule book on North American stock exchanges.

PT's also normally get adjusted right after Earnings. This little calk sucker from Barclays doesn't do that. Two times now he has shook Tilray with "out of the blue" PT adjustments. People load up with shares and this paid off shill b1tch slaps everyone in the face and causes carnage.

Who is paying him off? That is the inroad to the Cartel. I bet my LIFE on it. I am not saying Barclays has any awareness of what this little calk sucker is doing... he is doing this on his own. His pockets getting padded for it. How else could anyone explain the out of the blue, technically timed lowered PT's? PT's that don't even make sense at that. I hope Karma comes for that dirty mf'er.

And while on the subject, can anyone understand why, when WEED gets a low ball the SP rises? It is a discombobulation.
