Based on trading value, MDF would be worth around $170M (market cap + long term debt), which is 34% less than the price they paid to acquire Periscope.

Either the stock is trading really cheap or they really overpaid for Periscope (which they probably did...).

EV is less than 1.5x revenue at current price (for the record, they paid 8x revenue for Periscope).

Imo, if the share price remains at this level, they will receive offers to be bought out.
