That's means the deal coming before the end of April is going down as the annual meeting is in June. Beauty find. Bring on the deal and lets get some Copper numbers as well. Cheers.
It's an annual meeting... it happens every year. How could you possibly determine a deal has been made by this?
Because why bother having a meeting if the lights are out or no deal and assets and the mine get sold for a small bump in sp after liabilities are paid. And also the shares to directors NR. Yup bring on the deal .
OK, you just exposed yourself here as not knowing what the he'll you're talking about. They're not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts. It's literally the LAW that canadian incorporated companies hold at least 1 shareholder meeting a year.
I get that but its the timing I like and yup some companies dont bother with the AGM and get in trouble later and I have seen it happen . Long TVC.
What do you mean timing? For almost all companies they do their AGM second quarter...
The deal dummy. Long TVC.
Nobody knows if a deal has been made. I hope there is one. I'm a tvc bagholder. But again... it is foolish to suggest this meeting means some deal has been made. They are legally obligated to hold this meeting... it means nothing, literally means nothing. You should probably not call me dumb... I'm not the one that didn't know meetings are required... and I'm not the one that suggested tvc has no liabilities. That's you and your buddy. You guys are being as dishonest as those bashers.
I never once stated TVC has no liabilities but I did post that between the mine and the assets there are hundreds of million of $ and the assaets alone are worth around 300 million . . glta.
No, you didn't say tvc had no liabilities... you just said thr guy that said it was right
