Now that the sale is leakedwho thinks it will take more than a month for a serious bidder to: -buy a 9.9% stake -make a reasonable offer based on the last 60 days or so moving average ( revving higher ). -worst case scenario production doubles within 12 -18 months. Tin price it is an under-supplied market and has NO SUBSTITUTE beside reducing tin content in the alloys.
