NO, the stock is NOT going up on this news. It will be months and months before the phosphate property sees any work being done. That a boy JEAN planting the pumping seed. Sadly JEAN'S creditbility is ZERO with existing shareholders but the new investors here are definitely gearing up for more fluff NR's and more pumping. Oh they will learn and time is on their side for learning.
