BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

If you believe that the Cannabis Industry is going to be big going forward and that HEXO Corp will do well within the Sector then you either "Buy on Fear" or hold tight and ride it out.  That really depends on your own comfort level for adding to the investment and what you see as the timeline for things to turnaround for the sector.

I use the Dollar Cost Average strategy with one exception, I never add money when the SP is OVER my dollar cost average.  Adding shares that cost more than your average moves your running / weighted average up which I am not a fan of.  Patiently waiting is something I am used to from years of watching stocks go up and down over weeks, months and years.  I will be open to rebalancing the investment at either a break-even or a profit but not before and not with all my shares at once.
