No, it's consolidating from the holders who bought in at < $1 to the new buyers who see the stock worth more than the ~ $1.50 they paid for it. With 260 mm shares out, on the back of a 50% bump, it just takes longer to consolidate.


If you do your due diligence, you will note that the company has stated that a 'shareholder return plan' is on the agenda at the AGM. The catalyst of a return of capital through a share buyback or income from a dividend is more compelling than waiting for a 5 year moose pasture drilling plan that may or may not produce results.

As always, forward looking statements are pure speculation. My speculation is that whether funds are parked for potential share appreciation and income growth, penny flipping or whatever reason, a lot of shares are betting on a $1.50 floor and the opportunity of getting in on the next run up.
