RE:RE:OuchShopify has earnings. This is not an earnings issue. This is not a mining or energy stock. Look at Netflix. It has solid earnings and it got hammered. Tech stocks are susceptible to rates and any negative future trends get amplified in tech sp. I think lots of people have "gambled" money they can't afford and they now are running with their tails between their legs. I think we should see support built at these levels. I will say the timing of the changes to the governance is very suspicious. Why would the board choose a time when the stock is getting hammered? Why would they split now vs when it was $2000?
