RE:Doing Business in Canada: Securities law

RE:Doing Business in Canada: Securities lawYou are correct AWK2021.
Wyloo got their 11% of KWG by buying out Noront.
They will have to state that fact when all paperwork is completed.
It is interesting to see the poster by the name Lou again.
He would know that I have been around for 20 years on SPQ/KWG.
I never bought NOT until it fell under 30 cps and did very well.
Noront  got involved because of the work of SPQ/KWG geologists looking for diamond pipes and then accidently finding the other minerals thru Magnetic surveys.
I did not make much on the Cliffs buyout in the ROF since I had transferred most of SPQ to KWG shares.

IMO, the early exploration was funded by pump and dumpers but then a major mineral field was found.
When SPQ/KWG found some earlier minerals(Copper,Zinc, etc) Noront had the money and foresight to  stake most of the land nearby.
Am I wrong here long term serious investors and not he day traders.
