you do realize the burden of proof and action is solely on you and those who think like you. So what are you doing about it? Have you petitioned IROC to investigate? Did you get a list of names to support your cause to put pressure on IROC to investigate the company? Can you prove beyond a reasonable doubt that management had every intent to scam and commit fraud during its undertakings to build a business legitimate or otherwise? Look you can keep beating your chest and keep raising allegations and being upset citing very weak at best circumstantial evidence of fraud as sport I will not be the only one to tell you all this but let me guess you will call me a scumbag for doing so? Does that make all the others who you should be properly filing and launching a complaint to scumbags as well because they will tell you the sane thing they will also like to know who is filing the complaint before it being served to both Bryson and Abanete so they have the legal rights to see their accusers face to face. It doesn't work any other way dude so either you stop yapping and do something about it or I think you are wasting everyone's time here with your baseless allegations of fraud that is just the way things work dude that is the law so unless you start doing something about it like I said you are crossing the line in defamation and slander you are making all the noise and allegations but to put it bluntly you are all bark and no bite...do something about it if you feel this strongly I highly encourage you to do so otherwise this is all nothing but wasted noise. Now as to what I said as clearly we disagree on this as being what you call it your words not mine a scam I said it will either sink or float not all businesses succeed it does not make them scams or those who have not succeeded fraudsters it makes them unsuccessful. If you and others have problems with startups as clearly you do I would honestly suggest for you to stop putting monies in them and instead go to the "non scam" companies like Bell Telus Enbridge etc those with proven sales and success instead it will save you a whole lot of frustration. Let me ask you this if this was still at .95 or higher would it still be a scam? If companies have things out and the shares plummet is that a scam too? If you sold and made monies as companies have peak and valleys and you are happy to have done so and you see it as a scam then what does it say about your own actions and ethics. Dude the market is filled with companies one and the same in the start up sphere and if IROC had a nickel for anyone raising scam the would be trillionires this sector especially pennies is truly buyer beware. There have been companies trying to commercialize but have not been successful at all many gone under. Like I said unless I know personally they never had any intent of doing anything and I somehow caught hard evidence that they were being malicious in this regards I have no legs to stand on to call it fraud. Sorry to reiterate to you for a crime to gapped you have to establish both a guilty mind and action the mind here is extremely tough to prove...a lack of success doesn't prove anything it is just the way it is.
