I think anyone looking at the summary put together by Geezer of the SIC drill results over the past 4 years will find them excellent and they are at shallow depths (i.e. < than 200 metres in most if not all of them). Tim continues to extend the strike of the eastern trend and other zones and connecting them hole by hole.
I am not aware of any geological stutuation where you can have these type of assay results and not have even better grades and intersections the deeper you go? We all know how heavy gold is as an element which is why it sinks. I have no doubt when Tim gets his ducks in a row that we are set up to go deeper. Many need to realize the issue with blinding drilling deeper is it is expensive and with this type of geology (high grade nuggets), it is difficult to find hits with a drill the size of a human arm. Even at shallow depths, Tim has stated you can lose a zone as quickly as you find it.
We get one real meaty hit deeper, anything even close (say 65%) of one of NFG's big holes, and we are at $2.
