RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Noble...Now sub-$2.50... how low does it go? Where is the "institutional support" CEO claimed would result from this preferred financing. BTW anyone ever even hear of Red Cloud doing financing before? Neither have I. Where have all the daily pumpers gone? What is the next catalyst here? Market clearly indicating it doesn't see one anytime soon. GLTA!

These institutions whose purchases seemingly averaged just $2M would have likely followed a large strategic investor who validated claims here. That didn't happen and share price has *immediately* sold off. Justifying your financing to retail with these ridiculous claims looks desperate IMO. If I am wrong when do the institutions start supporting share price - just asking for a friend?

I sold at $2.90 and will buy back when reversal is confirmed - but like I posted weeks ago this selling pressure was predictable and my only regret is not selling earlier when I first sensed this would be the outcome. IMO there is a credibility issue here that started with 'lab delays' when it seems they really had no plans to release infill assays anyhow. Then the 6-month strategic saga which included the CEO implying more than once and completely unecessarily about imminent strategic investor - at one point stating there were multiple parties interested further implying a deal was imminent. IMO there is a clear pattern here of over-promising and under-delievring. IMO the flow-through financing - priced cheaper than the last - induced significant selling and that combined with shorts likely due to failure to secure strategic investor is why share price may still have lower to go. What is going to reverse undeniable downward trend over the next 3-4 weeks? I struggle to see any imminent material news.
